Dallas Skyline linebacker Isaiah Williams made a commitment to play for Kansas State in August without visiting the Manhattan, Kan., campus. The three-star rated prospect was able to see K-State in person when he visited the Little Apple for the Wildcats' game against Oklahoma State.
