Cincinnati high school basketball superstar Bill Walker, ranked as the sixth-best player in the 2007 recruiting class by Rivals.com, may not be part of the 2007 recruiting class after all. When the Ohio High School Activities Association ruled this summer that Walker had exhausted his high school eligibility, the standout player began to examine the possibility of graduating early from high school.
