One of just six Kansas State players ever to average a double-double for his career, Willie Murrell will have his jersey retired at a halftime ceremony during the Nebraska game on Feb. 28 at Bramlage Coliseum. Murrell, an All-American in both of his seasons while leading the Wildcats to a pair of Big Eight titles and an appearance in the 1964 Final Four, spoke to GoPowercat.com about his honor.
