While his Kansas State teammates jogged by and delivered departing high fives after practice, Jamar Samuels stood in the shadowy stretch separating the locker room tunnel from the basketball court that sat empty underneath the Bramlage Coliseum lights Monday evening. Things were good. And Samuels believes they'll keep getting better. That's a promising sign for the 19-year-old forward that has faced some uncertain times during his redshirt freshman season.
