For an hour on Saturday evening, fans had an opportunity to get a taste for this Kansas State football team. But it was assuredly just a quick a taste. It was long enough to see the first- and second-team units lineup for a few snaps against the third team and the scout squad. K-State coach Bill Snyder left little doubt in addressing the meaning of Fan Appreciation Day: It was a time to celebrate fans at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
