He hasn't proven himself as a good OC yet, but I just have a feeling that he has an itch to get back in the NFL. Quite frankly, I wouldn't be that surprised to see him leave after this year. I hope I'm wrong. As for Tibesar, you can just tell he has a great coaching mind (last year's special teams, d-coordinator success at North Dakota). He going to work wonders for our defense this season. He'll do a much better job as DC than Raheem. After a few seasons, I could see some big time programs go after him once our defense returns to national prominence. I hope you're right though.
