Gaye has goals
Denver (Colo.) J.K. Mullen running back Jonathan Gaye has big goals heading into his senior season.
Most importantly, the 6-foot, 190-pounder would like to make it through a full season. As a junior, Gaye rushed for 311 yards and five touchdowns in just two and half games. His season was cut short after sustaining a cracked bone in his ankle in the second game of the season; trying to run on his ankle during the third game ended his year.
Gaye said he's now 100 percent, reassuring his leg has regained strength during the recent track and field season. Now, he's looking to put together a record-setting year as a senior on the gridiron.
