Robert Drye likes the Dawgs on and off the field

Robert Drye gets it done both on the field and in the classroom. The 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive tackle from Shadow Ridge High School (Las Vegas, NV), is a member of the 2008 Nevada All-Prospect Team and carries a 4.5 grade point average as well. Drye's work ethic both on and off the field is certainly going to please his future college coach.

"Robert's a big kid and we expect big things from him this season as he anchors down our right tackle position," says newly hired Shadow Ridge head coach Gabe Gledhill. "His work ethic is fantastic."

Being a standout student in addition to possessing great skill as an offensive lineman, Drye is looking at going to college where he can get the most out his educational and football experiences.
