Kansas State signed 15 prospects in the early signing period but the coaching staff plans to sign a few more in February. One of those will be Butler C..C. defensive tackle Tyquilo Moore. The junior college product announced his commitment on Sunday afternoon. Moore was offered by the Wildcats on his official visit to Manhattan over the weekend.

Technically, he's the 18th commitment of the class. Grandview (Mo.) High offensive tackle Shane Cherry is a member of the class but a gray-shirt so he will count against the number in the 2019 cycle. In addition, junior college cornerback Darreyl Patterson is also a pledge but has not signed an NLOI for Kansas State just yet.

Moore will have three years of eligibility to play three seasons. He's the second player from Butler Community College in this class, joining fullback Luke Sowa, who is already on campus for the Wildcats after signing with KSU in December.
